Production & Processing
Every JCC Lazer item is individually engraved and prepared by hand. Production times may vary depending on seasonal demand, material type, and custom design complexity.
- 24–48 hour initial design processing
- Final approval required before production
- Bulk orders may require additional time
- Holiday production delays may occur

Returns & Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of laser engraving, most custom engraved products are non-returnable.
- No returns for personalization mistakes submitted at checkout
- Damaged items must be reported within 7 days
- Photos may be required for replacement review
- Approved replacements ship at no additional cost
